Allocations Admin Support Officer

Here at Serco, we are looking for an Allocations Admin Support Officer to join our team at HMP Doncaster To support and contribute to reducing reoffending by effective and efficient allocation and sequencing into Education, Training and Employment.
The role will actively coordinate allocation and attendance measures to ensure prisoners attend their activity on time with minimal interruptions. Utilising Digital Personal Learning Plans (DPLP's) to ensure prisoners time spent in custody is meaningful and actively engaging in purposeful activity relevant to a prisoner's sentence plan. Where possible, providing opportunities for skills to be learnt and experience to be gained in areas to support successful resettlement
