Base Location: Forth Valley Royal Hospital
Full time - 37 hours per week, Mon-Fri 0800-1600 hours
Salary £27,299.27 - £29,465.69 depending on experience plus basic Serco benefits.

Main Purpose:
To provide an administrative service to operational managers ensuring records are kept confidential and secure, produce reports, take minutes of meetings and organise and maintain appropriate administrative systems to support service delivery.
Main Accountabilities:
Daily Duties may include:
- Establish and maintain appropriate administrative systems to support recording of information in departments.
- Manage diary appointments for senior managers.
- Review and prioritise work within agreed parameters.
- Record minutes of meetings.
- Filing · Photocopying.
- Provide administrative service.
- Produce reports as required by operational manager.
- Any clerical or administrative duties that may be required.
- Data input.
- Record keeping.
- Input payroll date for weekly and monthly for various departments.
- General payroll.
Systems

- Use of Microsoft Office packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Finance system.
- HR system.
- Computer Aided Facilities Management system (CAFM).
- Photocopier.
- Scanner.
What you will need for the role:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a good telephone manner.
- Administrative experience.
- Attention to detail · Experience of multitasking for different managers / departments.
- Project a polite and professional image always.
- Confident attitude to using computers and IT issues in general, with a proven working knowledge of using Microsoft Word and Excel software packages, using email and the internet.
- Able to produce correspondence and documents, and maintain presentations, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Able to devise and maintain office systems.
- Booking of meeting rooms, capable of arranging meetings, taking minutes, and keeping notes.
- Liaising with members of staff in other departments or external contacts.
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies.
- Managing budgets and ensuring financial systems are followed.
- Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
- Able to collaborate with others and contribute as part of a team to achieve a common goal, as opposed to working independently or competitively.
