What You'll Do

• Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new opportunities in BPO, managed services, and customer experience.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, prospects, and key stakeholders, ensuring a customer-first approach.
• Lead and develop winning bid strategies, collaborating with internal teams to craft compelling proposals.
• Use data and insights to challenge traditional ways of working and enhance our service offerings.
• Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and handover.

What We're Looking For:

• A proven track record in business development, sales, or bid leadership, ideally within BPO, managed services, or customer experience (contact centres).
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach.
• Strong communication skills, and ability to influence at all levels and drive success.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience in developing tailored solutions and closing high-value deals.
• The ability to challenge and improve processes, ensuring best-in-class customer experience solutions.
• Natural ability to engage and build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
