Join Serco's UK & Europe division as a Data Architect and support with the development of functional roadmaps in consultation with business stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, identify constraints and opportunities, and recommend optimal solutions. You'll be responsible for the data design, data analysis, data repositories/warehouses, data reporting platforms, analytics platforms, data catalogues, knowledge management, and reporting support services. You'll identify the most pragmatic delivery approach using consultancy partners, business teams and in-house resources.
As part of the MI&A team, you'll be responsible for creating data analytics and reporting solutions to enable effective reporting and insight by business teams. You will engage closely with leaders in the business to understand and develop requirements, provide expert knowledge of the data structures and presentation tools to deliver value-adding analytical solutions. You will bring innovation and pragmatism to help develop new insights to grow and optimise the Serco business.
