E-Commerce Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Manager with 3-5 years of solid operational experience in the eCommerce industry. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data-driven merchandising, customer journey optimization, and have a passion for leveraging analytics to enhance site performance. The E-Commerce Manager will manage daily operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use key analytics tools to ensure the online store meets both revenue and customer experience goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily eCommerce operations, ensuring seamless functionality across product pages, checkout processes, and customer service.
  • Optimize customer journey and user experience by implementing data-driven merchandising strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to drive initiatives that improve website performance and conversion rates.
  • Analyze site performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, and other relevant platforms, providing insights and reports to guide decision-making.
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer retention.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to continuously optimize the online store's performance.
  • Work closely with inventory and product teams to ensure product availability and timely updates to product listings.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in eCommerce and recommend improvements to enhance site functionality and customer experience.
  • Manage eCommerce marketing initiatives, including promotions, SEO, and email marketing, to drive traffic and increase sales.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce operations, with a focus on data-driven merchandising and customer journey optimization.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Trends to track and improve website performance.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and systems, with experience in optimizing site functionality and user experience.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and product teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail
