Here at Serco, we're seeking a Finance Business Partner in Serco's J&I division, you will provide essential financial and commercial insight supporting the delivery of Custodial Services at HMP Doncaster and HMP Dovegate. You'll serve as a key advisor to the Contract Directors and senior leadership teams, transforming financial data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions and drive performance.
In this critical role, you will drive financial performance and decision-making across two large, complex, high-value contracts both of which are approaching re-bid. This role is key in providing financial insights, analysis, and support enabling the successful delivery of contract requirements and the achievement of business objectives. You'll manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and actively collaborate with operational teams to identify cost efficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
This role requires regular onsite presence at HMP Doncaster and HMP Dovegate. Flexibility is essentially, as some weeks may require two days onsite either contract, and once more established in the role, onsite requirements may reduce to a couple times per month for each contract.
