Main Responsibilities:

Client Partner & Business Development:

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships, while seeking new business opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring smooth service delivery and advocating for their needs within the organisation.
  • Identify client needs, develop tailored solutions, and utilise global resources to provide insights and strategies.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead a team across health-related sectors (pension, personal lines, healthcare) and support their career development.
  • Foster a high-performance culture, manage talent, and ensure resources meet client needs.
  • Track key performance metrics like growth, profitability, and retention.

Project Management:

  • Implement global initiatives locally, drive innovation, and manage third-party service providers.
  • Collaborate with insurers and marketing to enhance products and build the organisation's brand through thought leadership.


What is required:

  • Insurance qualifications (Federal Diploma or Bachelor's degree), FINMA registration required. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience in health and benefits within the insurance sector, ideally in a senior role with an insurer or broker.
  • Proven leadership and business development skills in an international context.
  • Fluent in English and French (German is a plus).
