Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with on call 1 in 5 (optional)
Location: RAF Alconbury/Molesworth (Travel to North London once a month)
Salary: Up to £40,000 dependent on experience
Are you a skilled plumber looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real impact?
At VIVO Defence Services, we are looking for an experienced domestic and commercial plumber to join our team at RAF Alconbury/Molesworth, with occasional travel to North London. You will be assigned work tasks via a tablet, where you will self-schedule your tasks throughout the month.
Working within a multi trade team, you will be responsible for a variety of plumbing tasks, including fixing leaks, replacing faulty pipes, unblocking toilets, servicing TMVs and cooling towers, carrying out water sampling in line with L8 regulations, and maintaining hot and cold water systems. You will also be expected to contribute to risk assessments and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
What you'll need;
We are looking for someone with experience in domestic and commercial plumbing, ideally holding an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing, who can deliver high-quality service in a customer-facing role. Having experience in industrial plumbing would be advantageous. As this position requires travel between sites in a company van, a Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
You will need to meet BPSS clearance requirements.
