This role is a permanent position, working from our premises just south of Oxford.
Hours of work will vary over a 12-month period, with the focus being on the peak season (April to October).

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and dismantle marquees and interiors, working with suppliers and clients on-site.
- Lead the loading / un-loading of vehicles, schedule cleaning & ad hoc repairs.
- Work closely with the team in scheduling & planning work
- Staffing – to manage the team of seasonal crew. To include, scheduling, reporting hours and communicating payroll.
- Stock management – to be aware of stock levels, and communicate to relevant team members
- Yard management – responsibility to maintain a safe, efficient working environment.
- To lead, train and inspire our seasonal crew members
- Admin - To understand company strategy & process, to be part of supplier / third party communication.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
