    • Collaborating with business analysts, developers, and project managers to resolve issues and ensure quality at every stage.
    • Acting as the single point of contact for testing on designated programmes or products, delivering clear progress updates to stakeholders.
    • Managing a team of testers, mentoring, and supporting their development to build a high-performing QA function.
    • Standardising testing approaches and driving continuous improvement within Agile and non-Agile frameworks.
    • Establishing and maintaining test automation capabilities to enhance efficiency and scalability.
    • Defining and managing testing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in software delivery and QA practices.

    What you'll bring:

    • Proven experience in test management and quality assurance, ideally across both Agile and non-Agile environments.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop QA resources.
    • In-depth understanding of test automation, frameworks, and quality assurance strategies.
    • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex requirements and risks effectively.
